- How can I schedule a tour of Estates at Fountain Lake?
- Contact the leasing office during business hours or stop by. Our office is open Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Sat 10 AM–5 PM. We can schedule a tour that fits your convenience.
Leasing
- What are the requirements to rent an apartment?
- Qualifying applicants must have a gross income of 3 times the rent, no prior evictions or broken leases, and provide pay stubs and ID. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers. Application and administrative fees apply.
- What floor plans are available at Estates at Fountain Lake?
- We offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, including upgraded units. Contact the leasing office for current availability and pricing.
Fees & Deposits
- What utilities and fees are included in the rent?
- A monthly utility fee covers trash, pest control, parcel service, and all amenities. Residents are responsible for electricity and internet separately. For current fee amounts, contact the leasing office.
Pet Policy
- What is the pet policy at Estates at Fountain Lake?
- We welcome pets with a deposit-based policy and monthly pet rent. Maximum 2 pets per apartment, each under 50 lbs. Some aggressive breeds are restricted. Please contact the leasing office for current deposit and rent amounts.

- We have a resort-style pool with tanning shelves and a fountain, poolside grilling area, 24-hour fitness center, and a resident lounge with coffee bar and business center including computers and a printer.

- Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Closed Sunday.
